Rooms for rest and reflection

As a student at Lund University, you have access to a room for rest and quiet rooms when needed.

Room for rest

A room for rest is available for students at BMC. You will find it in house I, floor 11 (room I1147C).

  • You may only use the rest room for temporary rest, less than two hours.
  • Notify your nearest manager that you have gone there so that they can keep track of your condition and determine whether you need medical care.
  • Rest rooms may not be used as quiet rooms.

Rooms for reflection

Rooms for reflection and contemplation are non-bookable spaces within the University that provide opportunities for meditation, reflection or prayer. The rooms are open to students and staff of the University, regardless of faith or belief.  There are rooms for reflection in different places at the university.
